About
A field guide to the potato folk who winter in one root cellar in Norway.
Tuffelrud is a small, slow passion project. Every potato character is a real potato variety, and everything about them, from the shape of their body to the way they behave, has a reason in real botany or history. The guide grows one character at a time.
Who makes it
One person runs Tuffelrud and stays unnamed for now. They set the direction and can change anything.
Claude, an AI made by Anthropic, draws the pictures and writes the words under that direction. How we make these tells the whole process, and every picture has a file that says how it was made.
